Blessed by Association

Good morning, ladies. This is one of my favorite  scriptures.  Whatever trial you're going through, remember that the Lord is close. When was a time you experienced heartbreak?  What soul crushing experience have you overcome?

This passage really spoke to me this morning. I have been asking God to speak to me about dating relationships and every time I read scripture I see the words PATIENCE  &  HUMILITY.  I acknowledge I can be both proud and impatient at times. Whenever I pray about it the scripture  "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." 1 Corinthians 13:4 NIV comes to mind and I can't help but understand that if I truly want a loving relationship I have to learn both patience and humility. I have to learn to love properly ❤️  Patience can be viewed as how we wait for something. How are you waiting for what God has promised you? What are the benefits  of  exercising patience? What does it mean to be long suffering/to endure?  How do you know if you are responding out of humility or pridefulness? When you learn that you are acting out of character how will you respond?

  Good morning ladies. Are you allowing yourself to both give and receive love. Some are comfortable giving love but some find receiving love just as challenging.  When was the last time you let someone love you?  

Read, Reflect, Reset How did I respond the last time something upset me? What did my response show about my heart? Who is God asking me to forgive that I am holding a grudge against? What's plan to forgive that person? Did my actions this week show that I am content with where I am in life?  What was the highlight of my week? How did I see God working through it? When do I feel gods presence most? What can I do when I don't feel God's presence?

 What do you do the first 15 mins after you wake up?  - scroll social media - cry about having to get ready for work - eat (Okay maybe that's just me😅) If you want to change the course of your day try this in the first 15 mins after waking up.

 Why Blessed by Association?  Hebrews 10:25 is the inspiration  behind the name. I didn't know it at first but scripture  actually  encourages us to have these type of groups, to come together, and to lift one another  up. I'm sure he expects  there to be food somewhere in the midst as well. 😆
